Robert L. Burke, M.D

Dr. Burke specializes in joint replacement, arthroscopy, and cartilage restoration. His greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that his patients have referred friends or family to him. He treats a wide variety of ages, from young mid-teen patients with ACL tears to elderly patients that need joint replacements.

Dr. Burke explains two processes for cartilage restoration:

Biological treatment like STEM cell therapy
Autonomous cartilage implantation, in which a patient’s cartilage is regrown in a cell matrix and then re-implated into his or her knee after 4-6 weeks from the initial procedure
